Getting help with Workday
If you’re having trouble signing in, resetting your password, or using Workday, help is always available.
Forgot or haven’t received your password yet?
Go to the Workday login page.
Click Forgot password.
A new page will open – enter your Workday username and your email address.
Important:
If you have a Landal email account, your username will look like
name@landal.com.To reset your password, enter your email address in the format
name@landal.org.
HR-related questions
If your question concerns HR, pay, or personal data, please use Workday Help and create a case.
Our HR team will review your request and get back to you directly in Workday.
Technical or login issues
For technical issues or login problems, please contact the IT helpdesk via Fresh Service.
If you can’t submit a Fresh Service ticket yourself and can’t access Workday, reach out to your Super User — they’re trained to help you quickly (see 'Still stuck?')
